Bake at 350 degrees, 45-60 mins
6 large cooked chicken breasts, diced.
12 corn tortillas (1’/2′‘ strips)- or tortilla chips
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken stock or water
1 can sliced black olives
Grease 9 x 13” casserole dish. Mix salsa, olives (save out some for top of casserole), and soups together. In casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the tortillas, then chicken, cheese, soup. Repeat layers ending with a fine layer of cheese and olives.
-Serve w/ rice, salsa, sour cream, black beans, guacamole.
